Regional District of Mount Waddington (RDMW) and Mount Waddington Regional Hospital District (MWRHD) meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month with the occasional exceptions, such as week of UBCM meetings and December meetings which may vary from this date. Please see the specific Board Meeting agenda below to confirm dates, or contact the office at 250-956-3301.
Committee meetings may be scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month or on Board Day.

Public Attendance at RDMW Meetings:
If you are not able to attend in person, you are welcome to attend the Board of Director's and Regional Hospital District meetings via Zoom; please contact our office at least one hour prior to meeting start time to request Zoom link.
When you join the meeting, you will be placed in a 'Waiting Room' until the Host (RD) grants you access to the meeting. We ask that you leave your microphone muted until Question Period.
